• есть любой лимит на БМ,
  
• лимит кабинета падает после привязки карты или запуска рекламы в течении 24ч
  
  

Возврат и замена НЕ производятся:

• упал лимит или БМ/кабинет был отключен после любых действий в БМ - привязки карты, отправки доков, запуска рекламы и т.д. 
• БМ забанился на следующий день после любой активности,
• возникает ошибка при привязке карты, либо FB не подтверждает карту. Вам необходимо пробовать еще, или использовать другую карту.
